武术审美意识的发展历程见证了武术审美文化的从无到有，研究它能够对武术学科的构建起到支撑作用。运用社会学、人类学及考古学的相关理论，通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对中国武术审美意识的萌芽、形成、独立以及时代变迁进行史学维度的研究。研究认为：新石器中后期，为了安全自卫和生存需要而练就的搏击术，随着社会的发展与人们生理欲望的满足，让人们渐渐有了审美意识的萌芽；到了春秋战国时期，武术受“经史子集”的洗礼和熏染，成了具有哲学意味的“文化之物”，有力地促进了武术审美意识的形成；秦汉两朝，武舞的常态化和多样化带动了审美意识的快速发展；宋明以降，武术套路的虚拟化和程式化使得武术审美意识走向了成熟与独立；近现代，由民间武艺逐渐向体育过渡，增强了人们对其竞技性的审美需求；而在今天，以“读图”为主的视觉文化时代，武术的艺术化趋势又彰显其审美意识显著地发生了时代变迁。

The development of Wushu aesthetic consciousness has witnessed the development of Wushu aesthetic culture from scratch，and the study of it can play a supporting role in the construction of Wushu discipline.The paper，using theories of sociology，anthropology and archaeology，by the methods of document data and logical analysis，systematically analyzes the germ，formation，maturity as well as the times changes of Wushu’s consciousness of aesthetics. According to the research，with the development of society and the satisfaction of physiological desires，in the middle and late period of New Stone Age，people gradually formed the consciousness of aesthetics in mentality to Wushu developed for safety，self-defense and survival needs；in the period of Spring and Autumn andWarring States，Wushu’s aesthetic consciousness had been made，because Wushu were influenced by classics，history，philosophy and literature and become “the thing of the culture”in philosophy；in the period of Qin and Han dynasties，the normalization and diversification of Wushu promoted the development of aesthetic consciousness；in the two dynasties of Song and Ming，Wushu’s aesthetic consciousness has become mature and independent，with the virtualization and stylization of Wushu’s routines；In modern times，people have enhanced the aesthetic needs of its competitiveness as the folk Wushu transit to the sport. However，in today--the times of visual culture which is dominated by “reading pictures”，Wushu’s aesthetic consciousness has undergone notable change.
