开发合适的评价工具,评价一线体育课程教学状况是推进体育课程改革、实现政策落地的必要环节。研究采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对美国体育课程分析工具(Physical Education Curriculum Analysis Tool)展开多维分析。研究结果显示,美国体育课程分析工具受到美国学校体育质量提升政策的影响,随美国国家体育课程标准的变迁而不断更新。该工具包括初步审查、标准分析、课程改进计划等主体内容。其中,初步审查是贯彻体育课程标准理念的必要环节,标准分析是贯彻体育课程标准理念的核心环节,课程改进计划是实现体育课程发展的目标环节。在实施策略上,使用者需要在确定使用者及使用目的、审查目前已有体育课程及相关资源的基础上,完成主体内容的审查。结合我国的现实状况,提出启示:应着力开发对标课程标准的评价工具,实现并组建多元化全周期的评价团队,保持体育课程评价常态化。

Developing appropriate evaluation tools and evaluating the teaching status of frontline physical education courses is a necessary link to promote the reform of physical education courses and realize the implementation of policies. The research adopts the method of literature data and logical analysis to carry out a multi-dimensional analysis of the Physical Education Curriculum Analysis Tool in the United States. The research results show that the American physical education curriculum analysis tool is affected by the American school sports quality improvement policy, and is constantly updated with the changes in the national physical education curriculum standards in the United States. The tool includes the main content such as preliminary review, standard analysis, and curriculum improvement plan. Among them, preliminary review is a necessary link to implement the concept of physical education curriculum standards, standard analysis is the core link to implement the concept of physical education curriculum standards, and the curriculum improvement plan is the goal link to realize the development of physical education curriculum. In the implementation strategy, users need to complete the review of the main content on the basis of determining the user and the purpose of use, and review the existing physical education courses and related resources. Combining with our country’s current situation, we put forward enlightenment: we should focus on developing evaluation tools for benchmarking curriculum standards, realize and form a diversified full-cycle evaluation team, and maintain the normalization of physical education curriculum evaluation.
