运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法和政策分析法,在体教融合的时代背景下,对教育部办公厅颁布的《<体育与健康>教学改革指导纲要(试行)》的时代意义、内容特征和践行路径进行解读;在此基础上,提出了新时代学校体育的走向。《体育与健康课程标准》将修订完善、扎实推进、稳步落实;体育教学指导思想将着重强调“以学定教,以赛促学”;结构功能将全面走向一体化,直接引领带动体育培训服务行业;《体育与健康》课程地位将在中国基础教育场域进一步提高;体育教师角色、职责、素养要求将得到重新认识和精准定位;体育文化大繁荣,学校体育和竞技体育将协同发展、相辅相成。

Under the background of the integration of sports and education, this paper adopts the method of literature, logical analysis, comparative analysis and policy analysis to interpret the significance, content characteristics and practice path of the“Physical Education and Health”Teaching Reform Guidelines(Trial)issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education. It is pointed out that the trend of school physical education in the new era:1. "Physical Education and health curriculum standards" will be revised, improved, propelled and implemented; 2. The guiding ideology of physical education teaching will be emphasized "to study to determine teaching, to competition to promote learning"; 3. The structure and function will be integrated in an all-round way, leading and driving the sports training service industry directly; 4. "Physical Education and Health" curriculum status will be further improved in China's basic education field; 5. The role, responsibility and quality requirements of physical education teachers will be re-recognized and accurately positioned; 6. School sports and competitive sports will be developed together and completed each other, create a great enrichment of sports culture.
