新发展阶段中国农村体育既逢机遇亦遭挑战,运用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法对其现实迫力、基本形势、使命担当与转型向度作了系统梳理和归纳思考。新发展阶段的中国农村体育迎来农村现代化、城乡融合、健康中国、小康社会、精准扶贫、全民健身及追求美好生活等综合机遇,同时面临供给主体有限、要素客体贫乏及需求受体弱态等切实挑战。中国农村体育要勇承重担,助力乡村振兴,彰显体育魅力；扶治相对贫困,挖潜体育致富；促推健康中国,突出体育功效；巩固小康社会,扩展体育格局等。农村体育学需构筑中国特色的学术体系,实现理论本土化；乡村体育与城市体育打造融合发展模式,带动城乡一体化；农村体育未来开展应注重规范运行机制,推行实践标准化,完成新发展阶段的行进转向。

In the new development stage, China’s rural sports meet both opportunities and challenges, using the methods of literature research and logical analysis, this paper systematically combs and summarizes its realistic force, basic situation, mission responsibility and transformation direction. China’s rural sports in the new development stage ushers in comprehensive opportunities such as rural modernization, urban-rural integration, healthy China, a well-off society, targeted poverty alleviation, national fitness and the pursuit of a better life. At the same time, it faces practical challenges such as limited supply subjects, poor factor objects and weak demand receptors. China’s rural sports should bravely bear the heavy burden, help rural revitalization and highlight the charm of sports; helping to manage relative poverty and tap the potential to become rich through sports; promote healthy China and highlight the effectiveness of sports; consolidate a well-off society and expand the sports pattern. Rural physical education needs to build an academic system with Chinese characteristics and realize the localization of theory; rural sports and urban sports create an integrated development model to drive urban-rural integration; the future development of rural sports should pay attention to standardizing the operation mechanism, carrying out practice standardization, and completing the march turn of the new development stage.
