基于体育宣传产生的历史背景和社会语境,研究提出了新民主主义革命时期体育宣传的概念,并将这一时期体育宣传的发展历程分为体育宣传观念萌发阶段、体育宣传实践发展阶段、体育宣传机制形成阶段等3个阶段。研究认为:中国共产党高度重视体育宣传工作、体育观念的宣传与体育行动化的宣传融为一体、体育宣传实行群众路线、体育宣传方式和手段接地气是新民主主义革命时期体育宣传的主要经验。这一时期的体育宣传是最广泛地动员民众锻炼身体、激发民众保家卫国,凝聚了军民革命共识,服务于革命和抗日,也为新中国建立后的体育宣传工作打下了基础。新民主主义革命时期体育宣传工作中始终坚持服从服务于党的中心工作、坚持为人民服务的优良传统,对今天的体育宣传工作有着重要意义。

Based on the historical background and social context of sports publicity,this article puts forward the concept of sports publicity in the period of the New Democratic Revolution,and divides the development process of sports publicity in this period into three stages:the initial stage of sports publicity concept,the development stage of sports publicity practice and the formation stage of sports publicity mechanism. The research indicates that the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to sports publicity,and the publicity of sports concept is integrated with the publicity of sports action during the New Democratic Revolution when the adoption of mass line and the use of various ways and means of sports publicity are found to be the main experience. Sports publicity during this period mobilized Chinese people to exercise most extensively, inspired people to defend their homes,consolidated the consensus of the military-civilian revolution,served the revolution and the resistance against Japan,which laid the foundation for sports publicity after the founding of New China. The fine tradition of obeying and serving the priorities of the Communist Party of China and serving the people during the New Democratic Revolution remains significant to current sports publicity.
