为把握东北游牧民族弓马文化在新时代的价值，提升其传承发展成效，更好地服务新时代体育强国与文化强国建设，研究运用文献资料法、深入访谈法、逻辑分析法对我国东北游牧民族弓马文化的缘起进行追溯，沿循“缘起→演变→蜕变→发展”的嬗变主线，对游牧民族弓马文化嬗变与发展的形式、意蕴、多元发展进行了阐释；解析了弓马文化的民族精神、品牌兴村、独特珍贵遗产、蕴含教育价值、 铸牢中华民族共同体意识等时代价值。提出了东北游牧民族弓马文化传承与发展的科学路径：深入开展挖掘与整理，强化弓马文化申遗保护；推进弓马文化进校园，筑牢校园文化共同体；打造弓马文化旅游品牌，与经济建设协同发展；举办区域性庆典及运动会，加强弓马文化竞赛与交流；推动弓马文化融入全民健身，促进优秀传统文化数据传承。

In order to grasp the value of northeast nomadic bow and horse culture in the new era，facilitate the inheritance，and better serve the construction of a leading sporting nation and a great culture in the new era，this paper uses literature review， in-depth interview and logical analysis to trace the origin of the archery and horse-riding culture of the Northeast Nomads in China，and follows the main line of transmutation of origin → evolution → metamorphosis → development to investigate the form，implication and diversified development of the transmutation and development of nomadic archery and horse-riding culture. This paper also analyzes the contemporary value of the bow and horse culture such as the national spirit，the branding of the village，unique and precious heritage，education value，and the casting of the sense of community of the Chinese nation. Therefore，this paper puts forward the scientific path for the inheritance and development of the archery and horse-riding culture of the Northeast Nomads：Carry out in-depth excavation and consolidation，and strengthen the protection of bow and horse culture；Popularize the archery and horse-riding culture on campus and build a campus cultural community；Build a tourism brand of archery and horse-riding culture and develop in coordination with economic construction；Hold regional celebration games and strengthen the archery and horse-riding culture competition and exchange；Promote the integration of bow and horse culture into national fitness and promote the inheritance of excellent traditional cultural data.
