he global epidemic of COVID-19 has led to significant changes in both the internal and external environment of the Olympic Movement. In order to better meet the challenges, the IOC put forward various reforms, demonstrating the vision of the Olympic Movement, namely to promote peace and unity in the human world, make use of the efficiency of “digital technology”, help to achieve the goal of the sustainable development of the United Nations and strengthen the credibility of the Olympic organization members. The research shows that the latest reform of the Olympic Movement is conductive to the formulation of foreign exchange strategy for international sports under the vision of “community with a shared future for mankind”, the rapid expansion of China’s blue ocean for virtual sports and the further diversification of Beijing Winter Olympic legacy.
