[摘要]
师范类专业认证制度推动了体育教育专业培养目标、毕业要求和课程目标等3个层次的人才培养目标“体系化”建设,也对体育教育专业持续进行人才培养目标体系评价和改进工作提出了更高的要求。人才培养目标体系的质量观不仅对人才培养目标体系的建设具有引领作用,更决定着人才培养目标体系评价与改进的价值取向和实践路径。“目的适切性”的质量观契合“学生中心”“产出导向”“持续改进”的师范类专业认证理念。根据“目的适切性”质量观,提出体育教育专业人才培养目标体系构建、评价与改进要体现培养目标、毕业要求和课程目标“外部一致性”和“内部一致性”的原则,为高校体育教育专业人才培养目标体系的建设提供参考依据。

Teacher education accreditation promotes the construction of “systematization” of the cultivation objectives of physical education major at three levels: cultivation objectives,graduation requirements and curriculum objectives,and also puts forward higher requirements for physical education to continuously evaluate and improve the cultivation objective system. The quality-oriented view not only plays a leading role in building the system of cultivation objectives for physical education major,but also determines the value and implementation of the evaluation and improvement of cultivation objective system. The quality concept of “Fitness for Purpose” is in line with the teacher education accreditation concept of “Student-Centered”, “Outcome-based Education” and “Continuous Quality Improvement”. Base on the view of “Fitness for Purpose”,this paper proposes that the establishment,improvement and evaluation of the system of cultivation objectives of physical education majors should both reflect the “external fitness” and “internal fitness”,so as to provide reference for the system of cultivation objectives of physical education major.
