[Abstract]
“All in due degree” refers to the physically qualified state of equilibrium that Wushu pursues, which requires equilibrium in learning, applying and breaking the rules and principles of Wushu. The practice of Wushu skills is an innovative inheritance and practice of the fine traditional Chinese culture. The practice of Wushu and the inheritance of the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation are mutually reinforcing. It is in the equilibrium of the culture and individual talent that practitioners of Wushu find themselves improved both physically and mentally, which therefore generates the body subject, and the very existence of Wushu subject is verified by the acquired physical abilities. This is how Wushu draws upon and carries forward the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and it is also the culture awareness of Wushu research.
