本文以10所学校深化体教融合促进体育改革案例为研究对象,运用扎根理论方法,凝练和建构了体教融合视域中学校体育改革实践逻辑的理论模型。实证研究发现,凝练学校办学理念和确立体育发展目标作为实践逻辑起点,成为学校深化体教融合、推进体育改革的指引和方向;由提高体育课程质量、丰富课余体育活动、开展科学业余训练、激发社会力量参与和建立体育竞赛体系等组成的体教融合具体维度,成为促进学校体育改革的重要举措;以校内外形成的综合保障机制为学校体育改革提供有利支撑;通过开展体育综合评价和提升学校对外声誉不断反馈和强化其改革效果。在此基础上,学校应以推进体育教学理念纵深融合、体育教学内容多维衍生、体育教学资源有机整合和发挥体育教学评价杠杆作用为促进学校体育改革的政策指向,并以此为方向实施改革。

This paper takes the 10 cases of schools ’promotion physical education reform by deepening the integration of sport and education as the research object, and condenses and constructs the theoretical model of the practical logic of school P.E. by deepening the integration of sport and education by the grounded theory method. The empirical study found that refining the school running concept and establishing the sports development goal as the practical logical starting point have become the guidance and direction for schools to deepen the integration of sports and education and promote sports reform. The specific dimension of the integration of sports and education, being composed of improving the quality of P.E. curriculum, enriching extracurricular sports activities, carrying out scientific amateur training, stimulating the participation of social forces and establishing sports competition system, has become an important measure to promote school sports reform. The comprehensive security mechanism formed inside and outside the school provides favorable support for the reform of school P.E.. Carrying out comprehensive evaluation of sports and improving the external reputation of the school can constantly feed back and strengthen the effect of its reform. On this basis, schools should take promoting the in-depth integration of P.E. teaching ideas, multi-dimensional derivation of P.E. teaching content, organic concordance of P.E. teaching resources and giving full play to the leverage of P.E. teaching evaluation as the policy direction to promote school P.E. reform, and implement the reform.
