以近15年（2007-2021年）西北五省体育彩票业与各经济指标纵向时间序列数据为分析依据，借助经济学、统计计量学分析方法，通过建立回归方程、单位根检验、误差修正模型、数据无量纲化与绝对差值处理、GM（1，1）模型和残差序列模型，探索体育彩票对区域第三产业经济发展指数贡献弹性、关联耦合度，并对未来发展前景做出预测研判，为西北地区经济发展战略计划的制定和调整提供理论依据，旨在发挥体育彩票产业的经济功效和社会服务功能，助力西北地区体育产业高质量发展。主要研究结论：西北地区体育彩票对第三产业经济增长的贡献弹性为0.09737；区域经济指标与体育彩票业关联耦合度排序为，收入法生产总值＞地方财政支出＞地方财政收入＞金融业＞餐饮住宿业＞GDP＞批发零售业＞人均GDP；未来5年西北地区体育彩票消费仍处于高水平状态，呈递增趋势，发展市场前景较好，加快推进体育强国建设贡献重要力量。

Abstract: Based on the vertical time series data of the sports lottery industry and various economic indicators in the five northwest provinces in the past 15 years (2007-2021), with the help of economics and statistical econometrics analysis methods, this paper explores the elasticity of the contribution of sports lottery to the regional tertiary industry economic development index by establishing regression equation, unit root test, error correction model, data dimensionless and absolute difference processing, GM (1,1) model and residual sequence model It is related to the coupling degree and makes a prediction, research and judgment on the future development prospect, which provides a theoretical basis for the formulation and adjustment of the economic development strategic plan of the northwest region, aims to give play to the economic efficiency and social service function of the sports lottery industry, and help the high-quality development of the sports industry in the northwest region. The main conclusions are as follows: The contribution elasticity of sports lottery in northwest China to the economic growth of the tertiary industry is 0.09737; The order of the coupling degree between regional economic indicators and sports lottery industry is as follows: GDP of income method>local fiscal expenditure>local fiscal revenue>financial industry>catering and accommodation industry>GDP>wholesale and retail industry>GDP per capita; In the next five years, the sports lottery consumption in northwest China will still be at a high level, showing an increasing trend, with a good market prospect. It will contribute an important force to accelerate the construction of a sports power.
