国际奥委会通过《奥林匹克2020议程》开启了运动项目设置的改革序幕，而运动项目能否进入奥运会被视为项目跨越式发展的重要风向标。通过文献资料、专家访谈和逻辑分析等方法，在阐释奥运会项目遴选标准与程序基础上解析竞技攀岩入奥的历程与经验，冀望为中国武术等具有良好发展基础和较大潜力进入奥运会的项目提供新的镜鉴启示。研究认为：奥运会项目遴选标准与程序是项目入奥的行动指南，竞技攀岩入奥经历了前期铺垫、实践尝试、目标实现等3个发展阶段；竞技攀岩成功入奥的经验在于拓宽了成员国家的普及度、重视了青少年群体的参与度、提升了运动项目的流行度、彰显了市场参与的活跃度；由此，奥林匹克运动发展改革新时期，有潜力入奥的项目要顺应奥运会项目发展演变的时代趋向，契合奥运会项目遴选的技术规则，塑造奥运会项目独特的价值内涵，提升奥运会项目组织的国际话语权。

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has started the reform of the setting of sport events through the Olympic Agenda 2020，and whether sport events can be included in the Olympic Games is regarded as an important barometer for the leapfrog development of sports. Through the methods of literature review，expert interview and logical analysis， this paper analyzes the experience and enlightenment of sport climbing in the Olympic Games on the basis of explaining the selection criteria and procedures of Olympic events. It aims to provide enlightenment for Chinese martial arts，which has a good practice foundation and great potential，to enter the Olympic Games. The research shows that： the selection criteria and procedures of Olympic events are the action guide for the inclusion of sports climbing into the Olympic Games. The inclusion of sport climbing into the Olympic Games has gone through the stages of preparation，practice and goal realization. The successful experience of the inclusion of sport climbing into the Olympic Games lies in broadening the popularity in member countries，attaching importance to the participation of youth groups，improving the popularity of sports events and highlighting the market activity of Olympic events. In the new era of the development and reform of the Olympic movement， in order to promote Chinese sports which have the potential to be included in the Olympic Games，we should cater to the trend of the evolution of the Olympic sports，conform to the evaluation rules of the Olympic sports selection，shape the unique value connotation of the Olympic sports，and enhance the international discourse power of the sports organizations.
