基于脑机接口的赛博格（Cyborg，为Cybernetic Organism一词的缩写，具体指机械等人工技术 与有机体结合而成的混合体）竞技是面向严重运动障碍者的新型竞技类型，探究其价值蕴含、衍生风险 及治理路径具有重要意义。研究表明：脑机接口通过适配竞技场景的技术范式和多技术耦合模式可以 在当下和未来实现对赛博格竞技的持续赋能。与此同时，脑机接口技术将为体育领域带来双重影响。 一方面，在坚守运动员能力本位的基础上，基于脑机接口的赛博格竞技既蕴含超越自我、包容多元等竞 技核心价值，也蕴含科技推动、社会促进等竞技辐射价值；另一方面，基于脑机接口的赛博格竞技可能会 衍生出伦理失衡、身心异化和权益受损等多重风险。对此，应分别通过原则路径、制度路径和法律路径 予以治理。

Cyborg （an abbreviation of Cybernetic Organism） speci?cally refers to a hybrid entity formed by the combination of mechanical and other arti?cial technologies with the organic body. Cyborg competition based on brain-computer interfaces （BCIs） constitutes an emerging competitive paradigm tailored for individuals with severe motor disabilities. It is of signi?cant academic and practical relevance to explore its value implications，derivative risks，and governance pathways. Research ?ndings indicate that BCIs can sustainably empower cyborg athletes in both current and future contexts by adapting technical paradigms compatible with competitive scenarios and leveraging multi-technology coupling models. Concurrently，BCI technology will exert a dualistic impact on the sports domain. On the one hand，while upholding the principle of athlete-centric capability orientation，BCI-based cyborg competition not only encapsulates core competitive values，such as self-transcendence and pluralistic inclusion，but also embodies radiating values that encompass technological advancement and social facilitation. On the other hand，BCIs-based cyborg competition may engender multiple risks，including ethical disequilibrium，physical and mental alienation，and impairment of rights and interests. In response to these challenges，targeted governance should be implemented through principle-driven，institutional，and legal pathways，respectively.
