宋代是蹴鞠运动实现范式转移与文化重塑的关键时期。研究运用文献资料分析与逻辑归纳 等方法，立足文化学视角，探讨宋代蹴鞠从汉唐实战武技向文人雅艺转型的生成逻辑与精神内涵。宋代 蹴鞠的“雅化”改造是在“崇文抑武”国策与理学思想浸润下，由士人阶层主导并经由制度规训与审美重 构共同促成的。该运动在单门竞技、白打散踢与行业结社等多重场域中，形成了以身心平衡为核心的“尚 乐”体育精神。在礼乐化的规训与商业化的实践中，宋代蹴鞠运动从剧烈的角力之争升华为向内转的技 艺之“乐”、跨阶层的社交之“乐”与礼教框架下的审美之“乐”。这种体育风尚打破了阶层壁垒，以生活 化、娱乐化的方式增强了社会群体的文化认同。对于宋代蹴鞠导向下的“尚乐”体育精神的研究，不仅为 新时期中华体育精神的体系构建提供了深厚的文化资源，也为当代大众体育的高质量发展及“苏超”等 非职业化足球现象的价值引领提供了有益启示。

The Song Dynasty constitutes a critical period for the paradigm shift and cultural reconstruction of Cuju （ancient Chinese football）. This study employs methods such as literature analysis and logical induction from a cultural perspective to explore the generative logic and spiritual connotations underlying the transition of Cuju from practical military martial arts in the Han and Tang dynasties to a re?ned art form for literati in the Song Dynasty. The elegance-oriented transformation of Cuju in the Song Dynasty was facilitated under the policy of “prioritizing civil administration over military affairs” and the influence of Neo-Confucianism，and was spearheaded by the literati class and jointly driven by institutional discipline and aesthetic reconstruction. Within multiple arenas including single goal competitions，freestyle kicking，and professional associations，this sport fostered a “Shang Le” （joy-revering） sporting ethos centering on physical and mental harmony. Amidst ritualistic discipline and commercial practices，Cuju in the Song Dynasty evolved from ?erce physical confrontation into a multifaceted experience which encompassed an inward focus on technical mastery，interclass social interaction，and aesthetic appreciation governed by ritualistic etiquette. This sporting trend dismantled class barriers and enhanced the cultural identity of diverse social groups through everyday recreational engagement. Research on the “Shang Le” sporting spirit guided by Cuju in the Song Dynasty supplies profound cultural resources for constructing the modern Chinese sporting ethos. Furthermore，it delivers valuable insights for advancing contemporary grassroots sports and guiding the underlying values of amateur football phenomena like the Jiangsu Football City League （JSCL）.
