中华民族正行进在伟大复兴的征程上，而伟大复兴的核心旨要则表现在“中华民族伟大复兴需要以中华文化发展繁荣为条件，必须大力弘扬中华优秀传统文化”的追求之中。正是基于这样的政治与文化背景，提出对中国武术的“再发现”与“再出发”研究的理论命题。研究通过文献资料的查阅，在历史学、社会学及文化发展与创新理论的指导下，通过运用比较研究、逻辑分析等研究方法，对中国武术发展中的问题及未来发展理路进行了研究。研究认为：（一）如今的中国武术发展，由于近百年来的体育化、奥林匹克化的发展，已经导致了中国武术发展正在走一条“削足适履”的发展道路上。（二）为什么要“再发现”？这是由于在过去的时日里，我们没有别的立场，也没有换一种视角，我们只从体育出发，导致了我们还没有从学理上对于“武术概念”、“武术本质特性”等问题形成一致的理论解释。（三）对于中国武术当下的发展现状，提出中国武术 “再出发”的立场与原则。结论：走出中国武术被“体育运动”禁锢的“牢笼”，释放中国武术博大精深的内在力量，让中国武术多元化、全方位服务于中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”的实现，才是中国武术“再出发”的终极责任和使命担当。

The Chinese nation is marching on the journey of great rejuvenation, and the core purpose of the great rejuvenation is manifested in the pursuit of “the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation needs to be developed under the conditions of Chinese culture and must promote China’s excellent traditional culture”. Based on this political and cultural background, the theoretical proposition of the study of “rediscovering”and “restarting”of Chinese martial arts is proposed. Through the examination of literature and literature, under the guidance of history, sociology and cultural development and innovation theory,through the use of comparative research, logic analysis and other research methods,the research on the development of Chinese martial arts and the future development of the road. The study believes that：(1) The development of Chinese martial arts today, due to the development of sports and Olympics in the past 100 years, has led to the development of Chinese martial arts is taking a development path of “cutting the foot”. (2) Why do you want to “rediscover”? This is because in the past time, we have no other positions, and we have not changed our perspective.We only start from sports, which has led us to have not yet formed a theoretical explanation for the “martial arts concept” and “the essential characteristics of martial arts”.(3) Regarding the current development status of Chinese martial arts, the position and principle of “restarting” of Chinese martial arts is proposed. Conclusion：Out of the “cage” of Chinese martial arts being banned by “sports”, releasing the intrinsic strength of Chinese martial arts, letting Chinese martial arts diversify and fully serve the realization of the “Chinese Dream” of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is the Chinese martial arts ultimate responsibility and mission of “restarting”.
