在分析纽约、伦敦、巴黎等全球城市体育产业发展经验的基础上，结合上海体育产业发展的实际状况，提出了新时代加快体育产业创新发展的总体思路。认为：上海体育产业存在体育赛事格局有待升级、体育场地设施有待完善、体育资源配置能力有待突破、体育科技支撑有待加强等差距；提出了建设世界一流的国际体育赛事之都、优化体育产业结构和布局、推进体育产业品牌化发展、提高体育资源的全球配置能力、建设充满活力的体育科创中心、推动长三角体育产业一体化等建议。

Based on the analysis of the development experience of sports industry in New York， London， Paris and other global cities around the world， this study puts forward the general idea of accelerating the innovation and development of sports industry in the new era in combination with the actual situation of the development of Shanghai sports industry. It is pointed out that there are some gaps in Shanghai sports industry， such as the pattern of sports events to be upgraded， the facilities to be improved， the allocation of sports resources to be broken through， and the support of sports science and technology to be strengthened. This study puts forward some suggestions， such as building a world-class international capital of sports events， optimizing the sports industrial structure and layout， promoting the brand development of sports industry， improving the global allocation of sports resources， building a vibrant sports science center， and promoting the integration of sports industry in the Yangtze River Delta.
