挖掘历史探究本土经验以关照当下是研究武术教育问题的重要理路。研究在史料蒐集与整理的基础上发现中央国术馆武术教学模式为“打练结合”。基于此，运用历史比较法、文本分析法和逻辑归纳法，对中央国术馆“打练结合”武术教学模式的思想渊源与开展基础、教学实施，及其成效进行了研究。中央国术馆“打练结合”武术教学模式是以培养学生武术应用能力为主旨，将武术的基本功、套路和格斗进行组合练习的一种教育实施程序。中央国术馆通过贯彻和实施“打练结合”教学模式为中国近代现代培养了一批优秀的武术人才，使其成为中国学校武术专业教育的开拓者。囿于强种救国的时代背景，该馆“打练结合”武术教学模式未能有效探索武术教育的“技外之理”。从中央国术馆“打练结合”武术教学模式中至少可以得到三点启示：“表演”和“技击”应成为武术专业教育术科教学的“一体两翼”；从“打练结合”到“打练融合”始能实现弘扬优秀传统文化的时代使命；重视“打练融合”技外之理籍以落实武术教育“立德树人”根本任务。

Mining history to explore the experience to take care of the moment is a important problem research and understanding. Based on the historical data, the study uses the historical comparison method, text analysis method and logical induction method，study found that Chinese Martial Art Bureau of National Central model of teaching was combination of fight and practice. Based on this, study for origin of thought and carry out the basic, teaching objectives, implementation of teaching, teaching evaluation, and its influence. Chinese Martial Art Bureau of National Central combination of fight and practice model of teaching was a educational implementation procedures aim at train students to have the application ability through combine the basic skill, sets and fights. Which had cultivated a lot of Wushu talents got through implement combination of fight and practice, so that became the pioneer of modern Wushu professional education. However, due to the historical background of saving the country by strengthening species, the Wushu teaching mode fo combination of fighting and practing fails to effectively explore outside theory of the fusion fight and practice.Take care of the present, there were at least three implications from Chinese Martial Art Bureau of National Central model of teaching:Performance and the art of attack should be body and two wings of martial arts professional education. Revelation is the mission of carrying forward the fine traditional culture need form combination of fight and practice into fusion. Implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality should be go after outside theory of the fusion fight and practice.
