引入复杂适应系统理论审视体育社会组织在复杂不确定环境变化条件下的治理问题，认为当前体育社会组织治理思维范式需由线性向非线性转变，引领构建符合复杂适应系统特征的治理秩序。江苏省体育社会组织复杂适应性治理在注重培育与吸纳多样化参与主体、促使各参与主体间互动与关联、提升体育社会组织社会影响力、激发体育社会组织新活力、拓展体育社会组织发展空间、强化体育社会组织服务能力等方面走出了一条有江苏特色的治理道路。但是，江苏的特色治理之路并非是一蹴而就、一劳永逸的，研究围绕江苏省现存问题，提出优化治理的建议：转变治理思维，以“复杂适应性”理念推进治理；厘清多样化主体间关系，创设主体间关联、互动平台；重视组织的文化资本建设，提升体育社会组织公信力；加大财政转移向基层分配的力度，重视对人力资源的挖掘。

This paper introduces the theory of complex adaptive system to examine the governance of sports social organizations under the conditions of complex and uncertain environment changes. It points out that the current governance thinking of sports social organizations should change from linear to non-linear paradigm，leading to the construction of governance order in line with the characteristics of complex adaptive system. The complex adaptive governance of sports social organizations in Jiangsu Province has made a governance with Jiangsu characteristics in such aspects as paying attention to cultivating and absorbing diversified participants，promoting the interaction and correlation among the participants，enhancing the social influence of sports social organizations，stimulating the new vitality of sports social organizations，expanding the development space of sports social organizations，and strengthening the service ability of sports social organizations. However，Jiangsu’s characteristic governance is not achieved overnight or once and for all. Based on the existing problems in Jiangsu Province，this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing governance：changing governance thinking and promoting governance with the concept of “complex adaptability”；clarifying the relationship between diverse subjects and creating a platform for inter subjectivity association and interaction；attaching importance to the cultural capital construction of the organization to enhance the credibility of sports social organizations；increasing the intensity of financial transfer to the grass-roots level，and paying attention to the excavation of human resources.
