为了解老年人习练太极拳的行为及其对健康的影响,更好发挥太极拳在改善老年人健康,实现健康老龄化中的功能与价值。研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,以江苏省城区参与太极拳习练的老年群体为调查对象,对其人口学指标、习练行为、健康状况等进行研究。结果:1)在习练行为特征上,90.3%的老年人周习练频次在3次及以上,82.4%的老年人每次习练时长在30分钟以上,且大部分老年人习练强度达到身体微微出汗(冬季);学习途径和习练方式都以“有组织”形式为主;习练套路以24式为主,传统套路偏少,其中有41.9%的老年人只参与1种太极拳套路习练,49.8%的老年人掌握2~3个习练要领,且随着掌握习练要领数量的增加,人数减少非常显著;2)在健康状况自评上,参与太极拳习练的老年人85.8%对健康状况满意,且练习太极拳对改善老年人健康状况具有“全面性”特征。3)在影响健康评价的因素上,“教育程度、收入满意度和每次习练时长、习练方式,以及掌握习练要领的数量”显著影响参与太极拳习练的老年人对健康的评价,且与评价结果具有正相关性。结论:习练太极拳能促进老年人全面健康,每次习练时间越长、掌握习练要领数量越多的“有组织”习练形式效果较好。

This paper aims to understand the basic characteristics of the elderly group’s practicing Tai Chi and its health promotion effect, so as to help Tai Chi better play the functions and values in improving the health of the elderly and achieving healthy aging. Using literature, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method, etc., this paper takes the elderly group practicing Tai Chi in the urban areas of ??Jiangsu Province as the object, and conducts the investigation and analysis from demographic characteristics, exercising behavior characteristics, health promotion effects and the factors affecting health. The study finds that: 1) In terms of exercising behavior characteristics, 90.3% of the elderly exercise more than three times and above in a week, 82.4% of the elderly exercise for more than 30 minutes each time, and most of the elderly exercise until slightly sweating ( in winter); They learn and exercise Tai Chi mainly in an organized way; the training routines of Tai Chi exercised by the elderly are mainly 24-style, while the traditional routines are rarely exercised. There are 41.9% of the elderly only practice one type of Tai Chi and 49.8 % of the elderly can master the practicing essentials of two or three types of Tai Chi. 2) In terms of health promotion, 85.8% of the elderly self-assess their health as comparatively good or good. The improvement of health is obvious and comprehensive. 3) In terms of factors prompting health, education level, income satisfaction, the duration and training method of exercise, and the numbers of mastering Tai Chi practicing essentials significantly affect the health benefits of Tai Chi practice.
