运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，以习近平关于教师的重要论述为引领，结合当前我国体育教师发展中存在的问题，对新时代体育教师发展策略进行理论探析。研究认为，教师价值论、教师角色论、教师地位论、教师职责论、教师师德论、教师发展论“六论”共同构筑起习近平教师重要论述的核心内涵，为新时代体育教师发展指明了方向，提供着理论指导和行动指南。基于“六论”提出新时代体育教师发展策略：（1）激发和培养体育教师实现价值自觉，提供更优质的体育教育服务；（2）明确三重角色定位中的内在意蕴，拓展新时代体育教师的角色内涵；（3）提升体育教师四个地位，营造尊师重教的良好社会氛围；（4）践行以体育人和立德树人根本职责，内外合力培养学生的阳刚之气；（5）注重内省慎独和发挥典型引领，不断提升体育教师师德师风水平；（6）促进体育教师全面发展，培养造就学校体育领域大国良师。

The research analyzed the development strategy of physical education teachers in the New Era based on the Xi Jinping’s important discourse on teachers and the current problems existing in the development of physical education teachers in China by the methods of literature, logical argument, etc. The study held that teacher’s value theory, teacher’s role theory, teacher’s position theory, teacher’s responsibility theory, teacher’s development theory and the ethics theory of teacher jointly build the theoretical connotation of the important discourse on teachers proposed by Xi Jinping which pointed out the direction, provide the theoretical guidance and action guide for the development of physical education teachers in the New Era. Then, this study proposed some paths based on the six aspects discourse as follows: (1) Stimulate and train physical education teachers to realize value consciousness and provide better physical education services; (2) To clarify the connotation of the triple role orientation of physical education teachers and expand the role connotation of physical education teachers in the new era; (3) Enhance the four status of physical education teachers, and create a good social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education; (4) To practice the responsibilities of "cultivating people by physical education" and "cultivating people by virtue" and cultivate students' masculinity through internal and external joint efforts; (5) Pay attention to introspection and independence, give play to typical guidance, and constantly improve the ethics and style of physical education teachers; (6) Promote the comprehensive development of physical education teachers and cultivate good teachers for a big country in the school sports field.
