中国步入新时代，农村体育发展既获得政策支持，亦存有现实矛盾，运用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法对其基本形势、战略定位与转型向度作了系统梳理和归纳思考。新时代中国农村体育迎来农村现代化、城乡融合、健康中国、小康社会、全民健身及追求美好生活等宏大背景，面对发展不平衡、推进不充分及供需不匹配等矛盾。农村体育要主动对接国家最新战略，助力乡村振兴、带动共同富裕、推进健康中国、巩固小康社会。进而完成时代转向，打造城乡体育融合发展模式：加快城乡一体化；构筑农村体育特色学术体系：实现理论本土化；注重农村体育规范运行机制：推行实践标准化。

As China enters the new era，the development of rural sports is given the policy support and meanwhile is challenged by practical contradictions. This paper systematically combs and summarizes its basic situation，strategic positioning and transformation direction by using the methods of literature research and logical analysis. In the new era，China’s rural sports usher in the grand background of rural modernization，urban-rural integration，healthy China，a well-off society，national fifitness and the pursuit of a better life. At the same time，it faces the main contradictions such as unbalanced development，insuffificient promotion and mismatch between supply and demand. Rural sports should take the initiative to connect with the latest national strategy，help rural revitalization，drive common prosperity，promote a healthy China and consolidate a well-off society，and then complete the turn of the times and create a development model of urban-rural sports integration： accelerate urban-rural integration； construct the academic system with rural sports characteristics： realizing the localization of theory； pay attention to the standardized operation mechanism of rural sports： carrying out practice standardization.
