综合性大学成立体育学院已然成为高等教育学科布局优化的核心趋势，为体育学人才培养范 式革新与生态重构提供了新契机。研究通过与黄汉升教授学术对话的形式，系统阐释了综合性大学成 立体育学院，推动体育人才培养的核心逻辑与实践路径。指出综合性大学成立体育学院是回应国家战 略、推动知识体系变革的时代必然，其人才培养需立足复合型目标的三维定位、“体育+X”知识框架以 及“以体育人”的价值导向，从专业设置革新、课程体系完善、教学模式转型、评价体系优化以及国际经验 借鉴等综合视角，明确体育人才培养范式革新方向。提出要通过院校差异化分工、跨领域资源整合、优 化条件支撑、全方位制度保障、优化师资队伍建设、提高毕业生就业适配，构建中国体育学人才培养全新 生态的实践路径，为中国体育学自主知识体系建构注入人才培养维度的理论与实践动能，助力体育强国 建设。

The establishment of schools of physical education in comprehensive universities has already become a core trend in optimizing the discipline layout of higher education，providing a new opportunity for the innovation of the training paradigm and the ecological reconstruction of sports science talent cultivation. This article systematically explains the core logic and practical paths of talent training in the establishment of schools of physical education in comprehensive universities through academic dialogue with Professor Huang Hansheng. It points out that the establishment of schools of physical education in comprehensive universities is an inevitable response to national strategies and a driver for transforming knowledge systems， and that talent training needs to be based on the three-dimensional positioning of compound goals， the "Sports +X" knowledge framework， and the core principle of "educating people through sports." From a comprehensive perspective of professional reform， curriculum system improvement， teaching mode transformation， evaluation system optimization， and international experience reference. The article clarifies the direction of paradigm reform in sports talent cultivation. It also proposes practical paths for building a new ecology of talent cultivation in Chinese sports studies through differentiated division of labor among institutions， cross-disciplinary resource integration， strengthened conditional support， comprehensive institutional support， optimization of faculty construction， and improvement of graduate employment adaptation， injecting theoretical and practical momentum from the talent training dimension into the construction of an independent knowledge system in Chinese sports studies，and contributing to the building of a strong sports nation.
