教育学语境中，大型体育赛事志愿服务有着独特的育人效应。大型体育赛事志愿服务育人工作的创新实践，既体现立德树人的价值取向，又顺应当前思政课程的社会延展以及契合青年学生的成长规律。研究发现，大型体育赛事志愿服务的育人效应尚未充分发挥的原因主要有“赛事保障优先”“认知浅层固化”“参与动机功利化”的观念困境，政策支撑薄弱、职责定位不清晰、培训制度不规范的制度困境，思政元素开发不足、队伍建设不够完善的资源困境，联动及评估机制缺乏的机制困境。为进一步提升大型体育赛事志愿服务的育人效果，需从着力价值引领、健全管理制度、深挖思政元素、构建评价机制几个方面优化育人路径。

In the context of education，volunteer service in largescale sports events has a unique effect on educating people.The innovative practice of volunteer service education in largescale sports events not only reflects the value orientation of cultivating people，but also conforms to the social extension of current ideological and political courses and the growth law of young students.The study found that the main reasons for the education effect of volunteer service in largescale sports events have not been fully brought into play are the conceptual dilemma of“event security priority”“shallow cognitive consolidation”“utilitarian motivation for participation”，the institutional dilemma of weak policy support，unclear duty positioning，nonstandard training system，and the resource dilemma of insufficient development of ideological and political elements and imperfect team construction,the mechanism dilemma of lack of linkage and evaluation mechanism.In order to further improve the education effect of volunteer service in largescale sports events，it is necessary to optimize the path from several aspects：focusing on value guidance，improving management system，digging deep ideological and political elements，and building evaluation mechanism.
