体育教师职业素养的现代化转型已然构成体育教学改革深化与质量提升的关键变量。研究分析了体育教师现代化职业素养培育的现实需求，指出培育体育教师现代化职业素养必须立足于以下几方面：优化职前培养体系，奠定现代化职业素养基础；完善职后培训机制，促进体育教师持续发展；构建学校支持体系，激发体育教师内在动力。研究阐释了体育教师现代化职业素养培育生态化支持系统的功能表现在以下3个层面：专业发展资源的全方位供给，赋能教师专业成长；促进教师间深度交流与协作，构建学习共同体；提供教师职业权益的坚实保障，营造和谐工作环境。就此提出以下体育教师现代化职业素养培育生态化支持系统的构建策略：构建体育教师发展的政策环境与激励机制；打造支持体育教师成长的校园文化与教学条件；拓宽体育教师的发展渠道与合作平台。

In this paper,the author analysis the modernization of physical education teachers professional competencies,and think that it has become a key factor in deepening teaching reforms and improving quality. This paper do a lot of research on the practical demands for cultivating modernized professional competencies among physical education teachers, emphasizing that such development must be grounded in three aspects: optimizing pre-service training systems to establish a foundation for modern professional competencies; improving in-service training mechanisms to promote continuous teacher development; and building institutional support within schools to stimulate intrinsic motivation. The research further explains that the ecological support system for cultivating modernized professional competencies functions at three levels: providing comprehensive professional development resources to empower teachers’ growth; fostering deep communication and collaboration among teachers to build learning communities; and ensuring solid protection of teachers’ professional rights to create a harmonious working environment. Based on this, the study proposes the following strategies for constructing an ecological support system: establishing supportive policies and incentive mechanisms for physical education teacher development; cultivating a campus culture and teaching conditions conducive to teacher growth; and expanding development pathways and collaborative platforms for physical education teachers.
